We have been Busy

We have been very busy since February when last we posted. Here is an update:

We have been conducting a Membership Drive and Fundraising for our Future Needs. There has been much interest, and we raised $200 so far.

We are now connected with TruetheVote and together have been working on Election Integity issues. The Legislature just passed Election Reform and I am now studying to see how much we were working on has passed. We continue to work together with our Local Election Officials in order to improve our Election Integrity and Transparancy.

We are now connected with Liberty and Prosperity, Inc. in New Jersey. They have joined with us as an Affiliate. We are working together on Federal Issues which are coming up, and Free Speech Issues right now.

We are reaching out to Katherine Limbaugh to establish the "Rush Revere Program." I want to memorialize Rush Limbaugh with our teaching of civics to the children. I also want to induct Rush into our "Hall of Fame" and honor him accordingly.

We are planning our Memorial Day Community Picnic. Held at the City Park in Barbourville, we are expecting a wonderful day of festivities. I am reaching out to the Chamber of Commerce to finalize the schedule for the day.

We are advocating for the People and the Membership on Immigration Issues. We are in contact with the President, Senators, and Representatives and they are all aware of our views.

We are also beginning to work on Second Amendment Issues. President Biden wishes to abridge our rights to bear arms. We are working very hard to keep this from happening.

McConnell Declares War Upon the American People

With the Impeachment of Donald Trump coming to an end, Mitch McConnell, Senator from Kentucky, issues a Declaration of War against the American People. He contends the People do not know how to govern themselves and future candidates must be approved by his Leadership. He claims he has formed several committees to make sure this happens.

Mr. McConnell also alleges Donald Trump has committed unspecified crimes against the people. He called for investigation into this matter. Evidence for this are the baseless accusations of the Democrats. McConnell pledges his support for the Democrats in their agenda while at the same time dodging questions about what the Republican Agenda is.

Mr. McConnell also denies the evidence of the Spector of Voter Fraud by relentlessly citing such evidence are only "Baseless Claims."

The People of Kentucky are embarrassed by Mr. McConnell's conduct and many believe Voter Fraud may be a factor in his remaining present during his tenure. All are agreed McConnell has a stranglehold upon Republican Party Politics and have fractured the Republican Party in Kentucky.

Thomas Jefferson Answers King George with a 27 Count Indictment

Thomas Jefferson listed 27 abuses committed by King George III against the colonies:

1. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.

2. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

3. He has refused to pass other Laws for the Accommodation of large Districts of People; unless those People would relinquish the Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only.

4. He has called together Legislative Bodies at Places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the Depository of their public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with his Measures.

5. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly Firmness his Invasions on the Rights of the People.

6. He has refused for a long Time, after such Dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within.

7. He has endeavoured to prevent the Population of these States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

8. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

My Lords, and Gentlemen,

Nothing could have afforded Me so much Satisfaction as to have been able to inform you, at the Opening of this Session, that the Troubles, which have so long distracted My Colonies in North America, were at an End; and that My unhappy People, recovered from their Delusion, had delivered themselves from the Oppression of their Leaders, and returned to their Duty. But so daring and desperate is the Spirit of those Leaders, whose Object has always been Dominion and Power, that they have now openly renounced all Allegiance to the Crown,
and all political Connection with this Country. They have rejected, with Circumstances of Indignity and Insult, the Means of Conciliation held out to them under the Authority of Our Commission: and have presumed to set up their rebellious Confederacies for Independent States. If their Treason be suffered to take Root, much Mischief must grow from it, to the Safety of My loyal Colonies, to the Commerce
of My Kingdoms, and indeed to the present System of all Europe.
One great Advantage, however, will be derived from the Object of

Biden Issues More Than 30 Executive Orders

President Joe Biden has shown his power in office. He has issues more than 30 Executive Orders, bypassing Congress, on some major issues. 15 Presidents have gone through their whole term and not issues so many Executive Orders.

President Biden has ordered a moratorium on Enforcing Immigration Laws, Stopped Construction on the Border Wall, and Mandated Masks on Federal Properties. He has also broken his own laws, by going to the Lincoln Memorial and refusing to wear a mask.

Among the more egrigious mandates the President has signed are: Elimination of Regulatory Review and Public Comment on Administrative Rulemaking; Requiring Ethics Pledges, or Loyalty Oaths to the President, to serve in the Executive Branch, in addition to the Oath to the Constitution; barring deportation until June, 2022; bars enforcement of Immigration Law; allows travel to and from nations barred by the Trump Administration during the COVID-19 Crisis; Requires Aliens to be included in the Census; Ends the 1776 Project; Rejoins the Paris Climate Accord, which threatens the economy of the United States; Cancels the XL Pipeline, throwing thousands of people out of work; extending the moratorium on Evictions until March 31, costing Landowners millions of dollars, and prohibiting them from maintaining their properties. No help for the Landowners, or those thrown out of work.

Is Joe Biden a King? A Dictator? Maybe Comrade? He is surely not acting like a President. A President would refer many of these matters to Congress for support. Joe Biden is surely not Supporting and Defending the Constitution of the United States nor is he regarding the People. He is acting for the Downfall of the United States. Inflation and Higher Taxes shall become the Rule of the Day. The Economy shall suffer for this. The People shall suffer.

The Society for Liberty and Prosperity is undertaking the issues of Voter Integrity and the Support of Free Speech in Kentucky and elsewhere. The Patriots shall rise up and be counted. Joe Biden is poking the "Sleeping Giant," and he wakes up like a Bear.

Facebook: Platform or Publisher?

Facebook has been enjoying Section 230 immunity. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provides for Free Speech in the Virtual Arena by giving certain Immunities of Law for misinformation provided and posted by others on Platforms. Facebook has been using this section of the law to put out "Fake News" themselves. There is a call to end Section 230, but I believe we should amend the law so that the Poster can be held fully accountable for Truthfullness, and Liable under the Law. It needs some real teeth to the Posters, combining the "Truth in Advertising" Laws and the Torts already available to those injured.

Facebook is trying to bring legitimacy to their censorship by using "Fact Checking Networks." These "Fact Checkers" are practicing Yellow Journalism, and not actually checking the facts. They are using other news stories, especially those coming from Russia and China, to "prove and disprove" the People's posts. As a result, Facebook is taking down Factual, Conservative, and Reliable posts that don't meet with their Communist Narrative. They are also publishing Fake News that promotes that narrative.

The idea behind a Platform is, it is a place where anyone can put down a soapbox (for those of us who remember them) and stand upon them to give a speech to the People, advocating for or against a position. Any of us can stand upon the Courthouse Steps, or a City Park and advocate for issues we care about. This is Protected Speech according to the Constitution of the United States. It is also reiterated in many of the Several States' Constitutions as well. The idea of the Platform virtually is to provide all points of view. Once a Platform begins to advocate for a position, for or against, they become a Publisher and lose their Section 230 immunity. People need to come forward and state where they have been censored so we can all benefit from the truthful and honest testimony to bring these Platforms into line. There must be a consequence for censorship.

Goodbye President Trump

It is with a heavy heart and fear for the future that we say goodbye to President Trump and hello to President Biden.

President Trump has left us with a Great Legacy. He was elected in 2016 by a record number of votes cast in the Election. The Democrats never got over it. Many of them boycotted Mr. Trump's Inauguration Celebration. They could not stand the thought of a President of Liberty for the People.

President Trump inherited a depleated military, sagging economy, elevated unemployment, systemic racism. pervasive identity theft and other problems associated with illegal immigration, and a general lack of security of the United States. He then set to work.

With the support of the Energised People of the United States, President Trump brought about the means, supports, and environment that fosters True Progress. He lowered the tax rate, renegotiated trade agreements, set fair tarriffs, and made investments into the military and roads. All this brought the manufacturing business back home. Unemployment fell to a level not seen in a long time, perhaps the 1890's. Systemic Racism came to an end. The economy flouished, the Stock Market hitting all tme highes. He built "The Wall," and brought illegal immigration under control. Our Military was strengthened to be the Envy of the World. He gained the respect of the World's Leaders like no other President has done in a long time, perhaps since President Bush. President Trump also kept us from War, defeated the Terrorists, and made the World safer.

This was all before the COVID-19 Pandemic hit. China released COVID-19 upon the world. After going around the world, it came to the United States in March, 2020. The President joined with the Governors in declaring a Natonal State of Emergency, shutting down the ecomony. After a few months, President Trump paved the way to end the Pandemic. The economy was reopened. By Christmas, a vacciene was developed and began to be distributed. Many lives were saved by the President's quick action. An End to the Pandemic was declared. Before January 20, 2021, the economy was fully recovered, except in a few states which refused to open up. The Stock Market was again hitting all time highs. This is what President Biden has inherited. A vibrant economy which all people are busy supporting and profiting from.

The Society for Liberty and Prosperity is poised and ready to educate and advocate for the People in these times we are about to enter. We will fight for our Liberty and Freedom. God is with us. The United States is still the Greatest Nation on Earth. God will see us through what is to come. I pray President Biden will build upon President Trump's success and Make America Even Greater. We have the potential. President Trump has indeed "Made America Great Again," fulfilling his promises to the People.

Leave My President Alone!!!!!

I am so sick and tired of all that is going on here. I am hearing the Anger, Frustration, and Disappointment coming from the People. On Podcast for Liberty this week, I will be discussing what we are all about, and how I feel about what is going on. This will be the first week for Podcast for Liberty.

I am taking Podcast for Life on getvokl.com/channel/podcastforlife down a narrower road. I need to reach the people. Not everyone is able to withstand the powers of evil. The Evildoers are doing all they can to disable and silence the People. I was just hit on Monday with being silenced, and when I persisted, they sent me 149 viruses, and 362 other Malware files to shut down my computer. I thank God I have people in place to deal with these problems and solve them.

We now have 6 days until the Inauguration of President-Elect Biden. By hook or by crook, he did win the Election. The People are convinced about the veracity of Election Fraud. The evidence is now coming out and showing how our Elected Representatives are letting us down. These Representatives, members of The Swamp, will be identified and the Society shall, using PAC funds, support their defeat and replacement. The priority will be placed on where we are most active. There are Leadership Opportunities in the Society available. So far, we are looking to expand into 9 States and Canada. I love it that so many people are wanting Liberty and Prosperity.

Liberty is all about expanding our choices. We need information and options to make good choices. Absent this, we cannot possibly make good choices and become more self sufficient. We cannot trust others to look out for our best interests. We are able to do this. We do not want to be slaves to misinformation. We demand good information. The Major Media is usurping the Authority of the People and this cannot be allowed to stand. Mark Zuckerberg is exerting his Immoral Power and has only succeeded in letting us know where the holes are in the Law. Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are all censoring their content, so therefore, they cannot be a platform, but a publisher. Publishers cannot receive the subsidies and immunities reserved for platforms.

The Society shall soon be taking on the issues of Free Speech and Election Integrity.

The Electoral College has Spoken

On January 6, 2021 at 1:00 Congress met in Joint Session for the Counting of the Vote of the Electoral College. As the preliminary debates and procedures progressed under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi (D)[CA] as Speaker of the House, there was an attack upon the Capitol Building forcing it's lockdown for some hours.

I attempted to watch the proceedings on ABC and CBS news feeds over the internet and had much trouble keeping and maintaining the connection. I finally settled on C-Span's feed which had a stable connection. Once the debate resumed, and Vice President Pence took his place as President of the Senate, I watched intently all night long. I did enjoy the proceedings, however, I was not happy with the result. The goal of "Letting the Process Play Out" was achieved to conclusion.

Congress has spoken. The Electoral Votes are Certified. Objections for Arizona and Pennsylvania were heard, and rejected. I found the arguements compelling and affirmative of probable cause for belief of violations to those States' voter laws. I also found, in viewing the Senate, the Senators were ignorant of their duty and authority to reject the certification of the votes of the states so challenged. Along with the evidence I have seen on Election Night, and since; I am convinced Voter Fraud has occured. I find most Senators to be derelict in their duty to uphold, defend, and protect the Constitution of the United States as they are sworn to do so. As a result, all Electoral Votes, whether tainted or not, were accepted, registered, and affirmed.

Not addressed are the objections of Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, West Virginia, and Wisconson. Although the support of Senators were given for these States, their support was withdrawn after the attack on the Capitol. This serves to confirm the cowardice and refusal to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States as they are sworn to do so. This took Justice away from the People.

Along with the lack of redress from the courts, this action dramatically impairs the Citizens' rights to Speech and Redress. This action also encourages the continuance of Election Fraud which I expect will grow in the coming years, robbing more citizens of their right to have a government of their consent.
